The student has 18 ECTS for the preparation of the Master Thesis. To be admitted to the final exam, the student must have attended all the courses and have passed the relative exams. The Bachelor's Degree includes the evaluation of the experiences that accompany the Diploma Supplement. The Bachelor's Degree focuses on the discussion of a thesis, including at least a summary in Italian, originally elaborated by the student under the guidance of a supervisor; a co-supervisor can be appointed, also from another university branch or nation.
The student can choose between a compilation dissertation, i.e. an analysis or review of literature related to the topic, and an experimental dissertation, which provides a description of clinical research and / or clinical experience on patient cases conducted directly and critically elaborated by the candidate himself. Thesis work always reflects an individual experience, even when it has matured within a more or less extended research group.
