Course objectives

The objectives of the ADE "Sjogren's syndrome: diagnostic and therapeutic innovations of different organ involvement and complications" contribute to the attainment of the educational goal within the Medicine and Surgery curriculum. This course provides students with the latest knowledge on the diagnosis and therapy of Sjogren’s syndrome.

Results of learning outcomes

At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the main therapeutic and diagnostic innovations in Sjogren's syndrome.

New diagnostic and therapeutic perspectives of different organ involvement, including:

• pulmonary;
• hematological;
• articular;
• cutaneous;
• neurological;
• renal.

Course delivery

The ADE " Sjogren's syndrome: diagnostic and therapeutic innovations of different organ involvement and complications " will be delivered with presentations, videos, interactive clinical cases.

Learning assessment methods

Interactive clinical cases will be discussed, focusing on various clinical issues and their respective problem solutions.
