Course objectives

To deepen mood disorders psychopathology and differences between unipolar and bipolar types, to give tools supporting the diagnosis process and to show advanced treatments through practical sessions.

Results of learning outcomes

Insight in mood disorders psychopathology and differences between unipolar and bipolar types, knowledge of tools supporting the diagnosis process and of advanced treatments for resistant major depression, bipolar disorders, and mood disorders during the peripartum period.

Program

Course information will be provided once the minimum enrolment quota is reached and the course is activated.

Course delivery

The course will be delivered only in presence.

Frontal lessons and practical sessions through the involvment of students in simulations of the admistration of treatments and diagnostic tools such as semi-structured interview for affective temperamental characteristics.
